GD Animal Health is more than ready for the future. Seven years of hard work, planning and rebuilding have resulted in an efficient, innovative, sustainable GD Animal Health laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment. The renewed laboratory meets the highest possible quality standards and has been ISO 17025 accredited for a large number of laboratory tests.
 
GD Animal Health now offers you the possibility not only to visit their unique lab, but also to be trained there by their veterinarians and R&D experts. They are organising a five-day laboratory training programme to be held from 27 November to 1 December.

Are you a laboratory technician looking for a better understanding of – and collaboration with – veterinarians in the field? Would you like to be able to advise veterinary practitioners even better and help them make the right decisions, based on your test results? GD Animal Health’s experts look forward to sharing information with you on these topics. The programme will focus on pigs and poultry and will feature subjects like epidemiology, antibiotics, pathology,  histopathology and infectious diseases, while techniques like PCR and ELISA will be practiced. Pig or poultry-specific topics will be discussed separately in parallel sessions.

Are you more into dairy?
Calf care, fertility, milking and all other management issues on your dairy farm; how to approach these matters as a vet; what a farm manager can do to improve the technical results at his farm, and how a veterinarian could help him or her. A Dairy training programme is being organised by GD Animal Health in November as well. Managers and veterinarians of large-scale dairy farms are invited to join this five-day training programme.
