VetHealth Global™, North America’s premier International Animal Health and Nutrition Business Conference is hosted every two years by the Prince Edward Island BioAlliance and international animal health industry partners. This year’s meeting will be held June 24-26th in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Jeff Simmons, President & CEO, Elanco Animal Health will serve as VetHealth Global’s 2019 Honourary Chair. Simmons joins a long list of veteran industry experts who have served as Honourary Chair for the International Animal Health and Nutrition Business Conference. Since 2007, VetHealth Global has featured Dr. George Gunn, Dr. Brendan Fox, Clint Lewis, Dr. Peter H. Jones, Rick DeLuca, and George Heidgerken.
Elanco has a strong connection to Prince Edward Island, with the Aquaculture Research and Vaccine Manufacturing division of Elanco Animal Health Canada located there.
The VetHealth Global program provides a unique networking opportunity, where leaders from animal health and nutrition companies come together in a relaxed environment to discover new opportunities and build business relationships. VHG has showcased more than eighty international emerging companies through its Innovation Spotlight Series. 2019 finalists will be announced in April.

Elanco will present in the opening plenary session and lead discussions with other international senior executives about current impacts on the animal health industry. Two days of panel sessions will feature market trends, global regulatory issues, partnerships and investments, and innovations in companion animal and food animal health and nutrition, wrapping up with insights into the future of the industry.
New to VetHealth Global 2019 is the Pre-Conference Day on June 24th which is open to all registered delegates and is included in full conference registration. This day will feature interactive industry demonstrations, scientific and technical tours to local institutions, corporate – sponsored sessions, company exhibits, one-to-one business partnering meetings, and a Sales and Investment Workshop hosted by GetMoreSales Corp.
