The Clinglobal Group completes the acquisition of French CROs OcciLife and Bio2M.

As of 21 May 2026, the French preclinical research facility OcciLife (formerly Avogadro LS) and its sister company Bio2M are fully owned by the Clinglobal Group and operate jointly under the Clinvet banner as “Clinvet France.”

The formal acquisition follows close collaboration between the Clinglobal Group, OcciLife, and Bio2M during 2025. Both organisations are undergoing operational integration into Clinglobal’s Preclinical and Laboratories Strategic Business Unit (SBU). They are now managed by the same team, coordinated by Dr Nouha Lekouch and supported by Clinglobal’s Chief Operations Officer, Dr Josephus Fouire, and trade under the Clinvet brand.

The Clinglobal Group and Clinvet France teams are committed to continuing to partner with European and international organisations to better animal and human lives by accelerating animal health innovation.

Dr Josephus Fouire, COO of the Clinglobal Group, said: “The acquisition of OcciLife and Bio2M was a natural evolution after 18 months of collaboration between the French and Clinglobal organisations. Following over 26 years of history in Africa and North America, we are proud to see the Clinvet brand finally arrive in Europe and get closer to our longstanding European partners.”

Dr Nouha Lekouch, Clinvet France Site Manager, added: “I have been part of the Clinglobal and Clinvet families most of my professional life, and could not be prouder to support and accompany the French teams as we join the Clinglobal Group and set for the next phase of growth within the largest Animal Health R&D CRO Group. We shall continue to provide the highest-quality services and strengthen our strategic relationship with our customers”.
