Mr Kris Van Malderen (54) has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at GD Animal Health. From the 1st of January 2017, he will become a member of the board of directors together with Ynte Schukken, who then succeeds Jan Jansen as Chief Executive Officer.
Van Malderen is currently an adviser to the President and COO of the Antea Group Holding in Maarssen. Previously he served as Division Director at the Antea Group and as CEO of Antea Belgium. Van Malderen has a vast amount of experience in international management, improvement of operating efficiency and business operations including company strategy, Human Resources, legal affairs and risk management.
Kris Van Malderen graduated in the field of Environmental Management from Wageningen University, and subsequently undertook various postgraduate management programmes.
In his new position at GD Animal Health, Van Malderen will focus on business operations.
