We provide international services in the fields of poultry, cattle, swine and small ruminants. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Approximately 600 different analyses are performed routinely, varying from necropsy to executing molecular diagnostic tests. GD Animal Health also has a good international reputation as a contract research organization for applied research, education and consultancy. Our education and training institute ‘GD Academy’ organizes training sessions about animal health for farmers and their veterinarians, and for the pharmaceutical and feed industries.
From 6-10 February 2017, GD Academy organizes a five-day poultry training on health, climate and feed. This practical and interactive programme is developed for poultry veterinarians at the beginning of their career, poultry farm managers, and other interested parties. The training course includes lectures, practical trainings, post mortem and sampling techniques demonstrations and farm visits.
