Vet Dynamics unveils a new benchmarking analysis platform

The technical team at Vet Dynamics has unveiled the company’s new benchmarking analysis platform that will allow users to compare the performance of their practices across a wide range of key performance indicators.
Using the platform, owners can securely and anonymously compare the performance of their practice against dozens and dozens of their peers.
The addition of benchmarking to the Vet Dynamics Index allows practice owners to cross compare 24 different key performance indicators (KPIs) with more than 80 independent practices across the UK.
vet, KPIMeasurable KPIs include, but are not limited to:

  • percentage of new clients
  • annual revenue increase
  • average transaction cost

Users can also track the amount of customers buying pet food or flea and worming treatments as extras.
James Kenworthy, senior data analyst at Vet Dynamics and part of the team that built the platform, said: “The dashboard and benchmarking is incredibly valuable to practice owners and managers; it’s been incredibly sought after for years. Benchmarking shows how practices compare to each other: real practices, up to date and across the country.
“Now benchmarking is operational our clients can confidently compare their results to industry norms and high performers, and use that to drive their practices forward. The value of the dashboard is leading busy owners and managers to the most important decisions to improve their practice, turning data into decisions.”
Vet Dynamics has released a free demonstration of the Index online.
